Auction Terms
Our fees are individually negotiated with each Client based on the type & size of the auction &/or merchandise.
GENERALLY, FEES ARE A PERCENTAGE OF THE GROSS SELLING PRICE -- Plus Promotional & Other Costs
Our Real Estate fee schedule begins @ 6% for the first $100,000 & graduates down as the selling price goes past various selling price levels.
Personal Property fees are normally 10% - 25% for antiques, furniture, household goods, collectibles, tools & equipment, etc.
Cars, trucks, farm equipment & large volume auctions of higher priced merchandise normally have negotiated (lower) percentages.
We are VERY competitive regarding cost & provide high quality value-added services.
